The ANG National Meeting is in San Antonio so I went to visit yesterday. There were lots of stitchers around already - in the bookstore, in the shop, in the lobby.

Kelly Clark and I grabbed lunch together at Boudro's which is one of my favorite restaurants downtown. Seeing Kelly and her Crazy Quilt piece were definitely high points in the day, too. It's absolutely beautiful.
I'll be back at the meeting on Wednesday for a while - I'm going to "herd" a few ladies onto a bus and go with them up to Austin to visit Colleen's shop, The Needleworks. If you haven't signed up yet and are in town, I think there are a few seats left. We're leaving at about 9am on Wednesday morning.
The exhibit doesn't open until today - so I'm anxious to see all the pieces submitted. I'm sure there are some amazing works of art.
